This is the best Mexican food in Whatcom County. It's very small, tucked in the corner of a strip mall in north Lynden. But it's worth the drive from Bham. It's family owned with the husband cooking and his wife making the best margaritas in town. I mean the best. The food it's authentic and delicious.

Like stepping into a bit of Mexico, The Cancun restaurant has the very best in authentic taste! We frequent this cozy little place because we love Mexico and it gives us that feeling we miss. The owner is very personable with his customers and really makes them feel at home. Specialty margaritas that will blow you away!
